The project involves installation of 80 wind turbines in Northern Sea. Earlier the pylons structure was heavier and less ergonomic.

After manufacturing of 40 sets (120 pylons) of foundations Marketex started producing new design pylons according to drawings revised by the customer.

The changes concerned at first the usage of materials with less thickness and also some functional features affecting the optimization of the production process.

In order to implement the above mentioned changes, Marketex Company revised welding and assembling processes and partially reequipped workshop 5, including investments to equipment, unique outfitting and lines changeover according to new project.

Components in production are completely inspected by Lloyd’s Register Certified body .
